How to turn off other computer sounds during Microsoft Teams meetings

  • Firstly, open “System Preferences”.  
  • After that, click on “Notification & Focus”.  
  • From there, click on “Focus”.  
  • After that, make sure the “Do not Disturb” toggle is on.
